Please check your tickets carefully on receipt and contact us immediately if you have any queries as we won’t be able to refund your tickets unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled.
Tickets are not transferable and their resale for profit or commercial gain or use in promotions and packages without our express permission is prohibited and will render them void.

You can book tickets to all our shows, events and workshops 24/7 via our website. You can select your preferred ticket delivery option when booking online: post, e-ticket or collect from Box Office. You can also book tickets via our Box Office by calling 01283 508100.

The Brewhouse welcomes groups of all sizes. To ensure an enjoyable, affordable and hassle-free visit, please contact lynn.edwards@eaststaffsbc.gov.uk to arrange booking of more than 10 guests.
Our Box Office is open Monday to Saturday from 8am-8pm, or later on performance days.
